Interference

Interference is an experimental film commenting on the relationship between sound and visual interference patterns and how they can obscure, destroy, and create. More importantly, though, it is a meditation on noise, and how the noise in our lives can interfere with how we communicate with each other. There are several people in this world who have felt unwanted or otherwise forgotten; I’m sure we both have. This work looks to their experience to ask what it means to feel seen, to feel heard, and feel like you matter.
